Laptop Bags for Work, College & Travel by Vantora Life

Vantora Life laptop bags are made for Indian workdays: metro commutes, long college days and quick work trips. The range covers laptop backpacks from 20L to 35L, a structured briefcase and a wheeled trolley backpack. Depending on the model, padded sleeves fit laptops from 14 inches up to 17 inches. Most backpacks also have a separate tablet sleeve, so your iPad never rubs against your laptop. Every bag has a water-resistant shell for light rain and spills, is designed and made in India, and ships free across India.

Laptop Backpacks

Most of the Vantora Life range is laptop backpacks. Two padded straps spread the weight of a laptop, charger and lunch box across both shoulders, which makes a real difference on a long commute or a full day on campus. The LEXOR and Alpha fit laptops up to 16 inches, while the VANDAL is a compact 20L option for 14-inch laptops. For everyday and travel styles beyond laptop carry, browse all Vantora Life backpacks.

Laptop Briefcases

The ION Briefcase is for days when a backpack feels too casual, such as client meetings, interviews or a formal office. You can carry it by the handle or on a shoulder strap. Inside, a padded laptop compartment sits alongside organised pockets for pens, cables, cards and a notebook.

Trolley Laptop Backpacks

The NEXUS PRO Trolley Backpack puts wheels and a telescopic handle on a 35L bag. It has a padded sleeve for laptops up to 17 inches. It weighs 3.2 kg empty, so it is better suited to business travel than to a daily commute.

Start with the laptop you carry, then choose the capacity for everything else in your day.

Laptop Bags for 14-Inch Laptops

The VANDAL Backpack has a padded 14-inch laptop bay, an 11-inch iPad sleeve and a moulded hard-shell front panel. At 0.8 kg, it is the lightest laptop bag in the range. A 14-inch laptop will also fit in any of the larger sleeves below.

Laptop Bags for 15.6-Inch Laptops

The SWITCH Backpack (24L) and SINGULARITY Backpack (22L) both fit 15.6-inch laptops and 11-inch iPads. Most mainstream Windows laptops fall in this size class.

Laptop Bags for 16-Inch Laptops and MacBook Pro

Six Vantora Life backpacks fit laptops up to 16 inches: LEXOR, Alpha, VELAR, CRISIS, NEXUS and PRELUDE. The LEXOR and Alpha product pages specifically confirm a fit for the 16-inch MacBook Pro.

Laptop Bags for 17-Inch Laptops

For a 17-inch gaming or workstation laptop, the NEXUS PRO Trolley Backpack is the only model in the range rated for 17 inches.

Laptop Bags for Every Routine

Office Laptop Bags for Men and Women

For the office, look for a structured shell that holds its shape, a neutral colour and a sleeve that fits your work laptop. The LEXOR (in Carbon Black or Lunar Grey), CRISIS and NEXUS all have structured shells and fit 16-inch laptops. For formal settings, the ION Briefcase gives you a single-strap silhouette. Every bag in the range is unisex, so these picks work as laptop bags for men and women alike. For more structured work styles, see office laptop bags.

Laptop Bags for College

A college laptop bag has to carry a laptop, charger, notebooks and a water bottle without straining your back between lectures. The SWITCH (24L, 15.6-inch sleeve) has a moulded back panel and is the most affordable bag in the range. The SINGULARITY (22L, 0.9 kg) is lighter for days with fewer books. If you study on a 16-inch laptop, the LEXOR's 25L body and separate iPad sleeve keep your devices apart from your books.

Laptop Bags for Women

Vantora Life laptop bags are unisex, so the best way to choose is by weight and size rather than by label. The VANDAL (0.8 kg, 20L) and SINGULARITY (0.9 kg, 22L) are the lightest options. The VELAR fits a 16-inch laptop in a slimmer 20L body at 1.0 kg. All three have adjustable padded straps and a separate tablet sleeve.

How to Choose the Right Laptop Bag

Match the Bag to Your Laptop Size

Buy a bag rated for your laptop's screen size or larger, never smaller.

• 13 to 14-inch laptops (MacBook Air 13", compact ultrabooks): the VANDAL, or any 15.6-inch or 16-inch model.
• 15 to 15.6-inch laptops (most Windows laptops, MacBook Air 15"): the SWITCH, SINGULARITY or any 16-inch model.
• 16-inch laptops (MacBook Pro 16", 16-inch Windows laptops): the LEXOR, Alpha, VELAR, CRISIS, NEXUS or PRELUDE.
• 17-inch laptops (gaming and workstation laptops): the NEXUS PRO Trolley Backpack.

Screen size is a guide, not a guarantee. Thick gaming laptops and older models can be wider or deeper than their screen size suggests. If you are close to a limit, compare your laptop's width and depth with the sleeve before you buy.

Pick a Capacity for What You Carry

• 20 to 22L fits a laptop, charger, notebook and water bottle. Choose the VANDAL (20L), VELAR (20L) or SINGULARITY (22L).
• 24 to 26L adds room for a lunch box, a light jacket or gym clothes. Choose the SWITCH (24L), LEXOR (25L), CRISIS (25L), Alpha or NEXUS (26L).
• 28 to 35L holds clothes for a one or two-night work trip. Choose the PRELUDE (28L), NEXUS PRO (30L) or NEXUS PRO Trolley (35L).

Choose a Carry Style

• Backpack: The best choice for daily commutes and heavier loads, because two straps share the weight.
• Briefcase: The best choice for formal offices and light loads, when you only carry a laptop and documents.
• Trolley backpack: The best choice for airports and railway stations, where rolling saves your shoulders. It is too heavy to be practical for daily use.

Check the Features That Matter

• Separate tablet sleeve keeps an iPad from scratching your laptop. The LEXOR, VELAR, NEXUS and PRELUDE fit a 12.9-inch iPad; the CRISIS, SWITCH, SINGULARITY and VANDAL fit an 11-inch iPad. The Alpha also has a tablet sleeve.
• Load-lifter straps pull the bag closer to your back, so heavy loads feel lighter. You get them on the LEXOR and VELAR.
• Side compression straps stop contents shifting when the bag is half full. You get them on the CRISIS and PRELUDE.
• USB charging port and trolley mount let you charge your phone from a power bank and slide the bag over a suitcase handle. You get both on the Alpha.
• Wheels and a telescopic handle let you roll the bag instead of carrying it. Only the NEXUS PRO Trolley Backpack has them.
• Moulded or hard-shell panels hold their shape and add protection in crowded commutes. You get them on the VANDAL and NEXUS PRO 30L.

Water-resistant, not waterproof: Every Vantora Life laptop bag has a water-resistant shell. It protects against light rain and spills, but it is not sealed against heavy rain or submersion. During the monsoon, use a rain cover. The Alpha has a dedicated rain-cover pocket.

Laptop Bag FAQs

What size laptop fits in a Vantora Life laptop bag?

It depends on the model. The VANDAL fits 14-inch laptops. The SWITCH and SINGULARITY fit 15.6-inch laptops. The LEXOR, Alpha, VELAR, CRISIS, NEXUS and PRELUDE fit laptops up to 16 inches, and the NEXUS PRO Trolley Backpack fits up to 17 inches. Each product page lists the maximum laptop size.

Which Vantora Life laptop bag is best for college students?

The SWITCH Backpack is the best value pick for college. It is 24L, fits a 15.6-inch laptop and has a moulded back panel for comfort. If you want something lighter, the SINGULARITY weighs 0.9 kg. If you carry a 16-inch laptop, choose the LEXOR.

Which laptop bags are good for women?

All Vantora Life laptop bags are unisex. For a lighter carry, the VANDAL (0.8 kg) and SINGULARITY (0.9 kg) are the best options. For a 16-inch laptop in a slim body, choose the 20L VELAR.

Are Vantora Life laptop bags waterproof?

No. They are water-resistant, which is different from waterproof. The shells protect your laptop from light rain and spills, but they are not sealed against heavy rain. In the monsoon, add a rain cover. The Alpha has a dedicated rain-cover pocket.

Does a laptop bag count as cabin baggage on IndiGo?

On IndiGo domestic flights, you can carry one cabin bag up to 7 kg (115 cm in total dimensions) plus one personal article, such as a laptop bag, up to 3 kg. Most Vantora Life backpacks weigh 0.8 to 1.2 kg empty, so a laptop and charger usually keep you within the 3 kg personal-item limit. Weigh a full bag before you fly, and check your airline's current rules, because allowances change and vary by airline.

Can I wash my laptop bag in a washing machine?

No. Machine washing and dry cleaning can damage the padding and the structure. Wipe the bag with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air-dry fully before you put your laptop back in.

Is cash on delivery available, and how long does delivery take?

COD is available wherever the courier serving your pincode accepts it, and you can check at checkout. Delivery across India usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹299.

What is the return and warranty policy?

You can return an unused bag in its original packaging within 7 days. If a bag arrives damaged, record an unboxing video with the shipping AWB number visible and email it to support@vantoralife.com. Select bags also carry a 12-month warranty, shown on the product page.

Can I order laptop bags in bulk for my team?

Yes. Vantora Life takes corporate and bulk orders. Use the Corporate Sales form on the website or email support@vantoralife.com for bulk pricing.
