Returns and Refund Policy
If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at support@vantoralife.com and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.
We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
a) The product must be in:
- Unused and the same condition as you received it
- The original packaging.
b) A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
- If the product is returned after seven days
- If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
c) The processing of refunds will occur within 48 hours after the order is picked up from your end. For detailed information, please refer to our refund policy.
d) To raise a complain for any damage, defect, or item mismatch, please share a video of the unboxing from the moment the package is opened. Kindly ensure the shipping AWB number is clearly visible in the starting of the video.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hours from the date of order is picked, subject to your returns passing quality checks.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:
- Payment gateway refunds ( prepaid orders) takes 5-7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- For a cash on delivery order you will receive a link on WhatsApp and email. You need to put in your number and accept refund via UPI/ Bank account transfer. It will take 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
